INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz Lucid Absinthe
  • .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
  • 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz Club soda

Garnish: Mint sprig

Glass: Frappe

PREPARATION:

Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a frappe style glass. Add the absinthe, simple syrup and fill with crushed ice. Pour the mixture into a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour the contents back into the glass. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.
