Chopin Harvest Martini

This pear cocktail gets a boost from bubbly.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Red sugar
  • 2 oz Chopin Vodka
  • 3 oz Pear purée (one or two fresh pears pureed with a dash or sugar or simple syrup)
  • Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Champagne

Garnish: Pear slice

Glass: Martini

PREPARATION:

Coat the rim of a chilled Martini glass with the red sugar and set aside. Add the vodka and pear purée to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into the prepared glass. Top with Champagne and float a pear slice on top.
