Rum Rangoon

This powerful cocktail is like an instant Caribbean vacation.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Banks 5-Island Rum
  • .75 oz Fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz Clément Créole Shrubb Rum
  • .25 oz Martinique sugar cane syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters

Garnish: Orange wedge

Glass: Coupe

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.
